Booking & Scheduling
How far in advance should I book my boudoir photo shoot?
While we strive to accommodate last-minute bookings, availability cannot be guaranteed. To ensure your preferred date and time, we recommend scheduling your session at least one week in advance. A $100 retainer is required upon booking to secure your appointment.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Tucson, Arizona, and love to travel! If you'd like us to photograph your story elsewhere, a travel fee will apply, depending on the location. For out-of-state sessions, advance planning is essential, so please book early.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund of your retainer. The retainer is non-refundable if you cancel, reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, or fail to attend a scheduled appointment.
Where will my boudoir photo shoot take place?
Our intimate home studio is located about 10 miles past Casino Del Sol, offering various settings, backdrops, and green screen options. Alternatively, we can conduct the session at your home or a hotel within a 30-minute drive from Casino Del Sol for an additional fee of $100, plus any room rental costs.
How many people will be present during my boudoir shoot?
Your privacy is our priority. Typically, only you and the photographers, Mike and Melissa, will be present. If you prefer a female-only environment, you can request Melissa as your sole photographer.
Can I bring a friend to my session?
Absolutely! Bringing a friend can help you feel more comfortable. However, some clients find that having an audience can increase self-consciousness. Consider what will make you feel most at ease before deciding.
Should I practice posing before my boudoir shoot?
Practice is not necessary. As professional photographers, we will guide you through poses that highlight your best features and make you feel confident.
How much skin will I be expected to show? What style of boudoir shots do you take?
The level of exposure is entirely up to you. We offer various styles, from modest glamour photography to more revealing looks, akin to men's magazines or Victoria’s Secret catalogs. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable, sexy, and happy with the results.
Do you photograph women of all ages?
Yes, we work with clients of all ages. Whether you're 20 or 60, our boudoir sessions are designed to bring out your inner diva and make you look and feel fabulous.
Do you offer professional makeup services for boudoir photo shoots?
We do not provide in-house makeup or hair styling services. Most clients prefer to do their own makeup or schedule an appointment with a local makeup artist & Hair Stylist before their session.
When will we receive our photos?
You will receive a link to an online gallery with all your photos within a maximum of 8 weeks, depending on the season. From the gallery, you can download, share, select favorites, and order prints.
Will my boudoir photos be retouched to hide imperfections like stretch marks and blemishes?
Yes, we will pose you to accentuate your best features and use professional lighting to minimize imperfections. Additionally, our professional retouching services can smooth skin, remove stray hairs, and make other enhancements to ensure you look your best while maintaining a natural appearance.
